Iceberg of people infamous enough to have been given "the [pejorative] of [location]". Particularly war criminals or highly decorated soldiers, so no serial/spree killers here. Generally ranked by the scale of their atrocities and how closely attached the nickname is them, but some exceptions may apply and I still had to make my own judgements. There are one or two entries here where the person with the nickname was one of the "good guys", like Douglas Haig, AKA The Butcher of the Somme, but the vast majority were evil.
