A revised version of one of my classic icebergs on the now defunct icebergcharts site. Whether it's participating in sport games and activities of your own, or watching your supporting team play, everyone enjoys some type of sport whether they realize it or not, whether that's football, rugby, baseball, volleyball, badminton and golf. Sports have long been beloved and have been a major part of cultures all over the globe, and while some sports are celebrated and competed in worldwide, some may pertain to a few traditions but are known to many, like bullfighting, Castells and certain martial arts. But some sports may be so niche that they are generally unknown outside of a particular culture. They may be considered eccentric for their uniquely twisted rules, peculiar goals or tasks, or because they're too extreme, violent or dangerous to be mainstream. Some of these sports may only exist to be humorous or unlock some whimsical idea that only one with a facetious mind could come up with. From niche traditions to just plain unusual activities, this iceberg will compile some of the weirdest sports in the world.
