This is an iceberg on film franchises from before the 1950s up to today. The ground rules are: 1. The franchise has to have 2 or more films in it. 2. If the franchise had a direct-to-video sequel, but not entirely, it counts. 3. Short films don't count, sadly. 4. If the franchise's sequel was dumped on a streaming service, then it counts. 5. If the franchise had one spin-off film, then it goes in the main franchise. 6. But it the spin-off franchise had more than 1 film, then it goes into it's own franchise. 7. Remakes count too! 8. No bootleg film franchises here, just actual ones.
